Officers Training for Agricultural Economic Survey (AES) 2024

In June 2024 BPS Manokwari Regency will carry out an Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) in Manokwari Regency, Manokwari Selatan, and Pegunungan Arfak. Before carrying out the survey, officers took part in online training on 27-28 May and offline on 30-31 May 2024. Field officers are organic employees of Manokwari Regency BPS and statistical partners.

SEP 2024 aims to determine the characteristics, income, expenses, access to finance, insurance and marketing of agricultural business units. In addition, the results of the 2024 SEP will also be used to obtain SDGs indicators 2.3.2 (net income of small-scale farmers) and 2.4.1 (proportion of sustainable agricultural land).
